Delivery in 24/48 h from Monday to Friday working days. The delivery time for orders containing cold is 24/48 working hours from Monday to Thursday. Orders placed on Thursday after 14:00 h, will be shipped on Monday.
Free store pick-up. Delivery in 1-2 working days. You will have a maximum of 15 calendar days for the withdrawal of the order. After this period, we will proceed to cancel your order.
Express delivery in 2h for 8,90€ from monday to saturday. Only in Madrid M-30
All Peninsula: 5,90€. Free on orders +90€.
Balearic Islands: 35€. Delivery in 48/72h.

Gourmet and Home gifts
The customer has 14 calendar days from receipt to voluntarily cancel the purchase of non-perishable products. If the return is made within this period, the purchase must be returned with all its products, with its original packaging, with its original unbroken seal, with all its accessories and in perfect condition. We will not accept returns of products that do not come with their original packaging, unless they are defective. Cristina Oria will refund the amount of the order once it has verified that the goods meet the above conditions. In the case of commercial returns, the customer must bear the transportation costs. To request this return you must communicate it to the e-mail [email protected].
We do not accept returns of personalized articles.
In the case of food products it is only possible to return them for defective causes and never for commercial reasons. Once we receive the package with its original packaging and check the defective cause, Cristina Oria will refund the full amount using the same payment method that the order was made.
Extension of the return period for Christmas 2024. To facilitate the return of your Christmas purchases we have extended the return period. Purchases made on our website and physical stores between November 25, 2024 and January 5, 2025, both included, can be returned up to and including January 31, 2025.
